Suitable for getaways from the hustle and bustle

The sea view is spectacular for sure, and the high ceiling of the room is great. The room is spacious and we liked the bed very much. The staff are helpful.

The room cleaning was not very standard (obviously without a checklist) so we needed to request utilities at last. Also note that there are barely any meal options in walking distance, you would need to drive around to get food.

A good value hotel!

The location is superb! You can take a walk by the sea and enjoy the beautiful sunset. The room was spacious and clean, with a direct view of the sea. The hot tub was nicely placed near the window, so we could soak and enjoy the sea view.

Some spots need to be cleaned, especially the blinds near the hot tub.

I had a pleasant work stay, saoking in the tub while drinking wine

Near the beachfront with starbucks, resto and convenience store nearby

Bus commute with less walk is a pain. Better get a taxi from airport than do bus transpo to avoid long walk and waiting time. No computer table so had to crouch. No breakfast option

restaurant was closed! no coffee available!

our room was not the room we booked on booking.com! we were upgraded thankfully because TV and plugs weren’t functional in the room we booked, NOR DID BEDS EXIST!! we had no idea we were to sleep on floor mats!

maids were wonderful!

The room is quite big and the amenities inside the room is good compared to other hotel we stayed in Korea. The customer service is really good, attending to our needs especially local places to eat and happy to help us with the hotel address in hangul to show to taxi drivers.

Its not accessible to public transport.

Very spacious room, big jacuzzi tub, and ample space for luggage. Microwave in room is also very convenient.

Only one lift in the property which is shared with service staff, not great during housekeeping time.

Wonderful

The room was spacious and clean with very high ceilings and large windows. The view of the ocean was lovely, and with easy parking (though outdoors).

Our initial booked room was also clean and spacious, but smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The staff were attentive and immediately changed our room, including an upgrade to the suite rooms!

They say that the reason that they are not serving breakfast if covid. Personally, I think they are using covid to suspend a low profit part of their business. In a place such as Aewol, having breakfast available at the hotel is convenient.

have a guest washing machine would help. Room had a hot tub that did not work.

Great hotel by the ocean

The room (301) was large and very comfortable. The ocean view was good. You can hear the wav s breaking if you keep tge doors open. The jacuzzi was amazing. Pleasant walks along the ocean shore

There are only a few options for restaurants around the hotel. The closest beach is a 10minute drive. The breakfast kitchen was closed for service.

View is nice for Rich Twin room. Location is great, starbucks is right in front of the hotel. Great location for taking a walk around

Front desk from afternoon (male) was not wearing a mask at this time of situation Door of bathroom was stuck, does not move easily. The room itself is okay but room seemed it has not been in use for a while as too much dust were found. Mattress is hard but bouncy, quality of mattress was not in good condition

There's a good ocean view. The room was well ventilated and clean.

There is no Kitchenette! Although there was a hot plate (induction cooker). It was very disappointing because we like to cook our food.

For the price, the flat is fantastic. 1 bed room, 1 living room, 1 bath room, 1 spa room & terrace

The view from the terrace was surprisingly good. It's a partial ocean view but still you can hear the ocean. It's very close. Also there is a "convenient store", Starbucks(drive through), and three famous restaurants in walking distance. Also, in case of luxurious, memorable occasions, there is a quality hotel you can dine at. The location is fantastic.

There was a used mask in a drawer. The cleaner may have forgotten to remove it. I didn't touch it and informed the receptionist the next morning. They dealt with it in the morning. Also, there were some hairs in the bathroom and on a night stand.

Exceptional

I liked the overall facility. And the surrounding environment was quiet and awesome. Comfortable. Nice clean service. No bugs during this season so we were able to enjoy some beer at the balcony.

The bathroom door was really stiff. The hotel really needs to fix that.
